OUR LOVE STORY
The first time Anthony and I met was nearly 3 years ago at a bowling alley. I knew one person in the group, and Anthony was friends with most of the people there. He immediately approached me and we talked and goofed around all evening. We didn't see each other again until 7 months later, the following Fall, when he saw me across the courtyard at a jamboree. I wore a little green dress and white boots, and he couldn't take his eyes off me. I walked up to him that day, and with a smile on my face said "Anthony Scalvini". He looked at me, surprised, and said "Jenni Roya" in response.
Our mutual friend, Will (best man) noticed the connection and gave Anthony my number. We went on our first date the next day, September 10th, 2019. He officially asked me to be his girlfriend 2 weeks later at the Michigan Renaissance Festival. Anthony proposed in January of this year at our family cottage, and we just had our 2-year-anniversary.
